1.) The gyms I checked on either were booked or don't rent their gyms.
2.) Same thing with the gyms Samer checked, but per our conversation today, there are still a couple that he's following up on.
3.) I spoke to Foley's athletic director a few minutes ago to verify availability, and he said once the district finals are done at Foley we can resume play on Wednesday March 15th, but the only catch is that they would require us to play between 8pm-11pm.
4.) I found a gym inside the St. Anastasia Church facilty on Long Lake rd and John R in Troy, that has availability btwn 9pm-12am on Mondays $50/hr...it's a nice looking, clean gym, reminds me of a junior high gym, has a scoreboard, bleechers, and benches for the players, the only issue is that it's not as long as Foley and not as wide. The 3-point line on the corners only has about 14/15 inches of space between it and the baseline. After discussing with the committee, we collectively decided not to go to this gym in order to not sacrafice the quality of play (b/c all of you guys are alesas bad ass ballers, especially Dave "MVP" Dally and Tony "Want some head?" Jarbou).
5.) The West Bloomfield gym I found out would not be rented as a whole but rather just one section. This would give us the same problem as far as quality and not worth what they're asking.
Why don't you have the captains of last session call their teammates to confirm who can and who can't because this poll is fine but doesn't help determine which players we will ahve to replace and we don't want to let another 3 months go by to find out who we have to replace. Just some food for thought big guy!
tony A, are you playing this weekend in the tournament, if so we will be at lifetime on thurs 9pm, please be there.
Yes, i am not a bitter looser, you did put a ass whipping on us, but you live and you learn. And not to boost your ego any more but you are a great D.B.
