I just wanted to let every body know that my band (Intoned) is playing at the Token Lounge in Westland on Friday April 15th and I would appreciate if all of C.A.L. would come and show their support. We are a rock band, I am the lead singer, not because I can sing, but because I have the c@ck for it . I promise that everyone that comes will have a great time! I'll buy drinks for everyone that comes except Dani and Ray (I'm not made of money). But Seriously I would appreciate if you guys came. By the way, everybody on my team is required to come, because if you don't I'll bench your a$$! I don't care if I play 5 on 1, I'll bench all you motherf$%ckers!!

Oh by the way, I would like to take this opportunity to say that I hate everyone on the committee! Elton, can you please start the W.C.A.L. so Nick has a different league to play in, so I don't have to see his b$#ch a$$ anymore. Just in case we play the committee in the playoffs, does anyone sell cryptonite, no seriously, does anyone sell cryptonite? Because for some reason Keith decided to have his 2 best games of the season against us and I need some way to stop him. Also, if we do play the committee in the playoffs, I'll be a b%#ch if I don't crush Elton's glasses into a million pieces!!!! Erub Elton, you had the best game of your life against us because of those glasses!!! I know some blame does has to fall on our team for letting you guys drop 60 on us, but seriously, our team played hard and I am proud of everyone on my team. Oh well, that's why there's next week.
Ok, seriously...it's not the damn glasses, I can play, you hoes! I just missed before b/c I couldn't see, is it that difficult to understand? I hate you guys!

E, I played in your team for 3 sessions and not until you came out looking like a fake as* Kurt Rambis did you start hitting free throws and shots like that! It must be the goggles!
I'm going to save my remarks to you for next week as well...just know that unlike your shirma, they will not be pretty. Also, I'd like to leave all of you with these words:
