HERE'S WHAT HAPPENED. ZEKE'S TEAM WAS DOWN BY INFINITE WITH ABOUT SEVEN MINUTES LEFT. THEY CALLED A TIMEOUT, AND THE SCOREKEEPER DIDN'T STOP THE CLOCK UNTIL ABOUT 6:58 LEFT. ZEKE YELLS OUT "PUT 7:03 BACK ON THE CLOCK, PUT 7:03 BACK ON THE CLOCK." I'M LIKE ARE YOU SERIOUS. HE GOES, HELL YEAH I'M SERIOUS. DETERMINED NOT TO LET THE FACT THAT THEY HAD NO CHANCE TO WIN DETER HIM FROM FINISHING THE GAME WITH HIS HEAD HELD HIGH AND WITH HONOR, WITH NO QUIT IN HIM. THEN, WITH ABOUT 3 MINUTES LEFT, ZEKE, ALONG WITH THE REST OF HIS DIE HARD, NO QUIT TEAMMATES, WALKED OFF THE COURT ENDING THIS WEEK'S EDITION OF CAL COMEDY STARRING EARNEST , AND CO-STARRING ZEKE AND THE REST OF THE GET ALONG GANG. I'M SO GLAD I'M PLAYING YOU GUYS NEXT WEEK. THANKS FOR THE LAUGHS AGAIN.
Zeke guaranteed a victory against your team. Ray, you thought the game was funny, you should have been in the car with the three of us on the way home. Nouri said it best last night when Zekes team called a time out and none of huddled or even stood by each other. Nouri went on to say as he was clapping in a Nouri way, "Yeah gys, good time out, good time out, let's not even talk about what we're doing wrong but still call a time out" Why prolong the pain, dont call time out and le thte clock run. For a second last night, I thought Zeke's team was going to run around with the ball and kill time so the game didn't take any longer than it should to end.
