We've been invited to play at the National Chaldean/Assyrian Basketball Tournament in Chicago, IL. All the activities and social events will be held Labor Day weekend, Thursday August 31, 2006 through Monday, September 4, 2006. The basketball tournament itself will be held that Saturday and Sunday (Sept 2&3). To everyone interested, either call/email/respond to this post or talk to me tmorrow and let me know.
I can get us discounted rooms in downtown which come out to be $75/night/room and $35/night for parking. There are no team fees or security deposit, but there is a $50 registration fee which every player must pay.
